Kentucky Overtime Laws

Kentucky generally requires overtime at 1.5 times the regular rate after 40 hours in a workweek. Kentucky also has a seventh-day rule for certain employees who work all seven days in the same workweek. It is not a daily overtime rule after seven hours.
