Nevada Overtime Laws
Effective July 1, 2026, Nevada generally requires daily overtime at 1.5 times the regular rate after 8 hours in a workday for employees earning less than $18 per hour. Employees earning $18 per hour or more generally receive overtime after 40 hours in a workweek rather than under the daily threshold. Exemptions may apply.
