Oregon Overtime Laws

Oregon has state-specific overtime rules for certain industries. Oregon requires daily overtime pay at 1.5 times the regular rate for hours worked over 10 in a single workday for workers in manufacturing establishments. Most other Oregon employees follow federal FLSA's 40-hour weekly overtime rule. Oregon also has specific overtime rules for workers in canneries and certain other industries.
